Coaching

“ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential

Coaching is future focused and is working on the client’s agenda from a strengths perspective empowering their thinking and beliefs. It can also help the clients achieve their goals and build self awareness. Coaching requires 4 - 6 sessions.

Psychotherapy

“According to the American Psychiatric Association Psychotherapy, helps people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties to eliminate or control troubling symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing.”

Psychotherapy is focused on healing their patients from past experiences. Psychotherapists work with trauma and patiences with mental health illnesses. They can also diagnose a patient and refer to the to psychiatrist if needed. Psychotherapy can last from a few months to years.

Mentoring

According to the Cambridge Dictionary“A mentor is a person with experience in a job that supports and advises someone with less experience to help them develop in their work” A mentor is usually someone senior in the same company as the mentee who works as a trusted guide and

advisor transferring their knowledge and experience. The mentoring relationship can last from a few months to years and can work on the mentee’s goals by sharing their expertise

Consulting

According to the Oxford Dictionary, consulting is the practice of “giving expert advice to people working in a professional or technical field”. Consultants usually work on a project based scenario as they are hired to give solutions and share their expertise without getting the client that much involved apart from the briefing stage.
